Folks we do have more than the big two in political parties.
I think this group is worth looking into.

Re: http://www.constitutionparty.com/

That is nice, but I spilled pretty much all my third party blood with Patrick J Buchanan...

Re: http://www.constitutionparty.com/

I've checked out the CP myself. Talk about ultra-con! Chuck Baldwin ran for president back in '08, I believe, but had very little support. I think if he ever stood a chance at winning, we (as a country) would have to move toward the ways of the Puritans or Quakers beforehand...

Re: http://www.constitutionparty.com/

I voted for Howard Phillips when he was their candidate the year the Republicans ran Bob Dole against Clinton. I dont remember for sure but I think we got either 2% or it may have been .2% of the vote. Wont waste my vote again.

I don't mind his platform, to be honest with you. Since Ron Paul has been considered radical in his ways, I would say the same of Baldwin but with a different perspective...

Okay. You were talking about Baldwin (which I don't know anything about really). I thought you were saying that the nation would have to go back to puritan times because of the platform of the CP.

My error.

Oh, no. My apologies. Not necessarily saying if the CP was to lead the country would that happen. I was singling in on Baldwin since he ran for Prez under the CP umbrella.

As a matter of fact, if we went toward the Puritan/Quaker ways, I wouldn't mind that either. But, can you imagine how long it would take for that to happen? Several generational and election cycles to start with...
