Re: Iranian Pastor Update

Iran holds the dubious honour of being the fastest of all Islamic nations of Christian growth..at the same time Syria holds the honour of being the only Islamic majority nation which does not persecute converts to Christ..Turkey a close second; but does have a intolerance for conversions..

hmm i have a hard time believing this, though maybe the governments might not hold people converting to christians.

the people do not hold to it, and will harass, beat torture and kill those who convert

they send them threatening letters in the mail with bullets, the do get kidnapped and raped, lose parts of their members,

but your possibly right the government may not actually take a part in it but may turn a blind eye to it.

Christianity grows in Iran no matter what they do..But Syria is another matter..it is a Dictatorship It had women in it's army when it joined in the forces to remove Saddam from Kuwait..Syria is a modern country. and the only thing to keep the fanatical Muslims from attacking Christians in that country is the government which seems to be about replaced...The government has always been so brutal that extremists could not thrive..but when they change a new song will be sung in their country and every body will look the other way,... Just like in Iran , no one really cares about the treatment of new converts there just the threat to Israel.. which is just theatrics ...because they're so stupid..the clerics that is..
