What's your favorite cheese? I find myself eating cheddar most of the time.

Our dog is becoming a cheese snob. He will spit out the cheap processed American slices in favor of a good aged cheddar.

Blue, sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, pepper jack, feta...really just about anything except Velveeta or those processed cheese slices. Goat cheese IF it's good quality and I'm in the mood--and I'm rarely in the mood. Not a big fan of Swiss except on a reuben.

Swiss is the perfect sandwich and burger cheese -I just do not like it by itself.
Blue and Feta are personal favorites.
