Urgent... 1st Grandchild.

Wanda, a very close and personal friend, who lives near Memphis, is in Oklahoma with her son and daughter in law, who are expecting Wanda first grandchild. DIL has had complications and is in labor now...over a month early. Please pray for the Lord's touch and that the baby will be healthy. Thank you so much for your prayers.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Praying that mother and child will be okay. We had one grandchild born at
29 weeks, 11 weeks early, weighed 2 lbs, 3 ozs. and was in the NICU for
two and a half months.

She was the tiniest little thing but God brought her through. When they left
to come home, her two lady doctors that had cared for her said, "We wish all
preemies would go home like Lexie. Lexie will be six years old next month. She
is strong, full of energy, and very healthy. You would never known she was a
preemie.

I pray this little one progresses day by day, until he is able to go home also, in
Jesus Name! Thank YOU, Great Lord God for your awesome care of these little
ones! YOU are Great and Greatly to be praised!
