The Interior can make a fortune if they collect royalties from more drilling.

It's almost like their brains don't function properly. It makes no sense to have a drilling embargo and then pat Brazil on the back for doing just that and awarding them 2 billion of our dollars to make it happen.

Here is how liberals think. The bloated budget is fat.

If a big Democrat weighs 250 pounds and plans to eat until they weigh 300 pounds, but by shear strength they stop at 280 pounds, they claim they have lost 20 pounds.
A Republican looks at weight loss if a person shed pounds to 230. 250 pounds minus 20 is a weight cut for a Republican.
Obama is bragging about cutting the budget. In his imagination.

Ha, get it right. This was actually not a true cut, but a reduction in the actual yearly increase.

Say the government's spending was set at 1 trillion this year and next year it was going to be 1.3 trillion. After the "budget cuts", it only increased to 1.27 trillion. It is a typical governmental accounting bureaucratic scam. Not TRUE CUTS.

Another example, say you get a dollar raise every year. However, we are cutting you salary, you are not only going to get a 50 cent raise. Let's see, don't think you would gripe to much about that.
