The word is counterfeit. Not counterfit.

This reference is by some because of the fact currency is not "gold backed" meaning exchangeable for gold.

Ron Paul believes in the constitution. He seem vocal about something being wrong with our Fed, treasury and money systems. He doesn't understand economics very well. He is correct that some things are very wrong. he is about 100 years behind the times in understanding the menu of workable solutions.
We know why Bernanke fights FOIA requests. We also know why Bernanke would cringe if he was placed under Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
