Universal Reconciliation Sloagan
The thought struck me about what the sloagan might be for a Universal Reconciliation church or org.
Since the UPCI has "The Whole Gospel To The Whole World" I was thinking maybe the UR's could use "No Gospel To The Whole World Because They Are Already Saved".

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Funny!
BUT!
I am not so sure it holds water... Even though I believe small children are spared judgement, it does not stop me sharing the gospel message with them even at an early age...

I agree with Hoovie. Besides, how will the "whole world" know that they are saved without a preacher?

Doesn't work, because that is not true. Everyone is reconciled to God, but need to enter into His life to be "saved".
Romans 5:10
"For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!"

Now don't start bringing logic and scripture into this. Heavens knows the Universal reconciliation people don't!

Re: Universal Reconciliation Sloagan
We were reconciled to Him while we were yet enemies? Hum, does that possibly mean sin was set aside so we could be reconciled or does it mean the price for sin was paid?/ if so, how was it and when was it paid for, or atoned for? And if it was moved out of the way before we knew him, then, it couldn't have been remitted after we came to him because it wasn't the reason that was separating from God. Then what was separating us from God? Unbelief maybe?? I know somebody is going to post, "sin was separating us." come on THINK!

....and page after page in the archives....????? Jesus paid the price for the sins of the whole world....., rather than just entering into it (reconciliation) man keeps trying to find the invoice and pay Him back.

It is a agreement to receive. Just like Abraham God gives a promise of what he wants to do. It was by OBEDIENCE he received his promise.
