Favorite Other Versions or Translations ?

I love the KJV,but I love The NKJV and The NASB as well.
Besides The KJV,what are some of your favorite bible translations or versions to use and why ?

KING JAMES VERSION ONLY. Everyone knows Paul preached out of the KJV.

LOL....

I'm reading the bible through this year, using the NKJV. Really enjoying it!

I like the NKJV too because it is close to The KJV,but easier to understand in alot of places.

Re: Favorite Other Versions or Translations ?

I actually prefer the KJV, but use the NKJV to get me over the "rough spots". I remember being "talked to" by a pastor for reading out of a NKJV one time. He said he didn't allow any version to be read that wasn't annointed like the KJV.
