Valentine's Traditions?

Do you and your sweethearts do anything special for Valentine's Day?

What are your family's Valentine's traditions?

Re: Valentine's Traditions?

I saw this idea and thought it might be interesting to try...

Meat loaf cupcakes with pink mashed potatoes piped on top as the frosting.

Meatloaf cupcakes?? I'll pass.

I try to take my baby out to a nice place, but that won't happen this week.

Re: Valentine's Traditions?

We don't really have any traditions, other than going out to eat somewhere. Today, we had a nice dinner at Highlands Steakhouse in Manila, Philippines!! That's something we'd never done before on Valentine's Day!

Re: Valentine's Traditions?

On one of thier first valentine's day My pastor and his wife were really low on funds. He couldnt afford to buy her a card...so he took her to hallmark and they each picked out thier favorite cards and then they took turns reading them to each other. I think they still do this. One of the best traditions Ive heard of.
