That video really hit close to home. While viewing the video, I recognized M Johnston and in particular the bar where they shot the elderly homosexual scene. The man who owned the bar ended up being a client of mine while he was dying of AIDS.

There were many good points illustrated on this video. One thing that was mentioned was the "self-fulfilling" prophesy that many homosexuals experienced. At an early age, if someone continued to tell a child they were clumsy or slow eventually that child began to believe what they were told.

The same could be said when a child was told they were a f*ggot or queer over a period of time they fulfilled that prophesy in their lives. Every parent should be very careful to not promote or condone their children taunting another child by calling them queer. The consequences are too dire to allow that behavior in children.

One thing I remembered was what Brad, former UPCI music minister who posted here, wrote he was taunted and called names as a young boy. Clearly, that would be an example of "self-fulfilling" prophesy.

There were many sobering statistics given that sadly many of the young gays aren't being told. The estimate of 30% of 20 year old male homosexuals dying of AIDS by the time they reach 30 was very sobering.

One quote that really stood out was, "Same sex attraction is driven by pain". That fact has played out time and time again and we saints need to recognize and minister to all those in pain.

Yes sir... this type of treatment of our brethren (or our enemies for that matter) should never be tolerated.

I haven't finished watching it yet. My kids came in while I was watching it and, given the subject matter, I decided to shut it down until I could view the entire movie on my own before I could have the confidence to allow my young children to see it.

In the portion I saw there were some thoughts brought out that I had wondered about before.

Chief among them being how we often hear... "I knew I had a sexual attraction to members of my own sex at the age of 4". I have often thought... how many kids have ANY realization of their sexuality at 4. How twisted is that statement whether it is speaking of homosexuals or heterosexuals.

I think these are mostly cases of combined memory. They remember instances from their childhood and then (sub-consciously) imprint upon those memories their current adult feelings and create a past realization that was not there.

If there WAS someone with such a realization of their sexuality at such a young age then I would think there is a good chance that this was due to some type of abusive situation.

I will try to finish it this weekend but we have company coming so I'm not sure when I will finish it.

I don't know if you caught what was said regarding homosexuals making such statements? Surely, there are some that make such statement for justification of their sins; however, the majority make such statements due to their exposure to pornography or molestation, which warped their memories to believe that was factual.

There is so much press that is pro-homosexual, I think it is important that someone is making a video showing the other side.
