In the spring, ACORN said it was closing down. With some dishonest name changes, they still kept on and took money. Now the bankruptcy courts can trace their assets. and they will.
Democrats depended on voter registration fraud and voter fraud. There will be many more criminal trials.

ACORN dead?
I sincerely wish so but I expect to see the old whore still around with a new dress and new paint job. She and BHO have a real history together and I'm sure they will keep on "working" together for a long time.

With the way O'Keefe targeted them, and with the way the media ran his heavily edited video like it was actually evidence, it is no wonder they are having a hard time.

I find it sad that the media was quick the to jump on heavily deceptive video, but did not raise near a fuss when it was shown that O'Keefe was lying on it.

ACORN was acting as a non profit political fundraising grouo for unions. That crime is ending

ACORN hekping people make fraudulent loan applications is over.

ACORN, by whatever name it may call itself, has friends in high places.

Ratheke founded ACORN and his brother embezzeled 1 million. This was many years ago and never reported to board members. The embezzlement was paid back by the Tides foundation which gets its millions from convicted felon George soros and others.

The attorney general says it was 5 million and not 1 million. Obviously the cheaters took non profit donations and stole them.

Dirty Bertie and her crime syndicate face millions in legal fees, siezed bank accounts and criminal indictments. Of course when she started diverting funds and change titles on real estate, she will have that all clawed back by the bankruptcy courts.

About $2 million was questioned because the group didn't document open competition by contractors. Another $1.2 million was found to have been spent on ineligible activities.

So they take Fed money to remove lead from housing and spend it on Democrat party support.

Oh and he is already in the slammer for armed robery. Does ACORN encourage hiring thugs?

Yet another former ACORN employee was convicted of voter fraud last week. This brings the total number of convictions for former workers from the embattled group to at least 15 so far this year.

Kevin L. Clancy of Milwaukee pleaded guilty last week to participating “in a scheme to submit fraudulent voter registration applications,” according to Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen.
