has anyone heard about a very liberal congresswoman speaking at the crusade of General Conference. Sheila Jackson Lee, one of the most liberal members of congress, was supposedly allowed to address the General Conference Sunday Night. If this is true, then I am very surprised it was allowed to happen.

Sheila goes everywhere there's a crowd ... so I wouldn't be surprised if she spoke at GC. She's known for just showing up randomly at wakes and funerals ... often asking to speak.

Maybe best known for her remarks at MJ's funeral.

Hasn't Clinton spoken or appeared at BOTT or POA?
Does the UPCI as a religious non for profit support and campaign for a particular party?

Would you rather have a liberal Democrat who might be a practicing Christian ... who might fight tooth and nail for your right to exist and worship or a rabid conservative Republican who might be a closet homosexual pedophile, or philanderer, and Free mason who snickers with his golfing buddies about the "cultists" he spoke to over the weekend?

So, Jethro ,what do you propose as the criteria for allowing politicians address the GC crowd? Another committee?

Based on their personal lives and testimony?
Legislative record?
Party affiliation?

Should we also screen other speakers as well ... like those who represented predominantly black Apostolic organizations ... who overwhelmingly showed support and voted *gasp* Democrat ... and for Obama?

Do we just allow the reps from the PAW and COOLJC and others to sit on the platform but not speak because they supposedly "support the murder of babies" through their vote?

so you play the race card, its quite apparent who the racist is. I just pulled up her voting record and if someone can vote for her, then I question how they can follow Jesus. Look at the positions she takes and then get back with me.

By the way, can it be confirmed that she spoke? If she did, then I wonder how conservative the UPCI actually is.
