John 8-24 is necessary to be saved
“I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning. I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him. They understood not that he spake to them of the Father. Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.” (John 8:24-28, KJV).
Many cults, for instance JW's, Unitarians and Chrsitadelphians will all deny that the Son is the eternal 'I AM' (YHWH), and will instead will rather affirm a created Son who comes into existence at a point in time and who doesn't possess any divine attributes as the Son.
Most Branhamites whom I've met however, will try and get around this verse, by claiming that “Jesus” is the “I AM,” by which they only mean that God the Father, whom the call “Jesus” is YHWH the one true God. This is easily resolved by reading from verse 16 onto verse 28. For at verse 16 the Son speaks, and says; “I am not alone, but am with the Father who sent me.” Then at verse 28 the Son is still speaking when he identifies himself as the “Son of Man.” Thus the speaker for this entire passage is the Son of Man, and not God the Father.
So John 8:24 clearly states that if a peson does not beleive that the SON IS THE "I AM" (EGO EIMI) then that person is not saved, cannot be saved and will die in their sins.

I agree totally; the problem is two-fold;
#1 The rejection of this scripture is usually done by disciples of one who, although vagely understands the identity teaches the common usage of the triune language. So, converting one to the understanding of His deity is difficult.
#2 The revelation only comes to one who wants it. Isaiah 6 "You'll make them see but they will not percieve, hear, but not understand" When you really fall in love with Jesus, you want to know Him, so you hunger for Him.

Oneness teaches the Son is NOT someone other than Yahweh. And if you say it does, you will be banned.
Oneness teaches the Son is God Himself, manifested or incarnate in flesh. So the Son IS the I AM
Just so everyone knows, this character was banned for good from NFCF and I have known him for over 7 years

Thanks for the information.
So tell us, is it a good thing or a bad thing that you know him? Wait, don't answer that on the grounds that it might incriminate you.

I don't follow you, how can the SON in Oneness not be the creator, not be eternal, not be immutible, not be omnipresent and not me omnipotent and yet still be Yahweh - I AM? Yahweh God possess divine attributes and he does not and cannot exist as Yahweh and yet be without divine attributes. If a JW or a Unitarian said to you that jesus was God, but wasn't eternal, omnipresent or omnipotent, wouldn't you suspect that he wasn't being honest with you? Lots of cults such as JWs and Mormons will say to your face that 'Jesus is God' but then redefine their terminology so that they don't really beleive that.
Praxeas, let me ask you a question; you say that the Son is Yahweh. OK, in that case if you truly believe that, will you echo my sentiments that the Son is creator ( Heb 1:2), Omnipresent ( John 14:23), eternal ( John 17:5), immutible ( Heb 13:8) and omniscient .... AS THE SON! if you can't then arn't you redefining the terms Yahweh and or Son?

Actually I was Oneness myself for 9 months int he 1980's, God opebned my eyes and I then became a Trinitarian. Hey, if I'm wrong, why not address my questions in post 1. I maintain that the Son is Yahweh and as yahweh he possesses every divine attribute. Do you concur with me and agree that the SON (I said SON) is eternal, omnipresent, eternal, immutible, creator as the Son?
Thank you

Please re-read what I just said for a change, I told you WHAT and WHO the Son was and you come back and post that I just told you what and who the Son is not...clearly you are not reading what I post.
The Son has two natures, Deity and Humanity.

Be honest. I have addressed everything you threw at me for over 7 or 8 years, maybe more. I have answered your questions. The PROBLEM is is that you don't actually read what I post. I just told you what I believe the son IS and you turn around and pretend I just told you what the son is NOT....
It is my experience with you that when I say I believe something you say I do not....we can't even get passed the issue of what I believe in order to talk about it. That is why dialog with you always has been futile.
Also....did you read the rules. Please don't flood us with anti-oneness polemics and 3 dozen questions and insist every OP has to answer every one, while you refuse to do the same. That is another hallmark of Iron_Bladder

Actually I'm a former Oneness Pentecostal and Praxeas has never forgiven me for that!
