Face on Mars
I know a few users on here are fairly interested in it. Here is the closest picture that has been taken of it. They also have a comparison of pictures taken from 1976, 1998, and 2001. It seems to look less like a face, the higher quality picture we are able to take.

It's nothing more than an optical illusion formed by depressions and hills. We already know that

Yes, but it's still good that Twispy shared this. Not everyone "knows" what you know.
I sat through an entire UPC camp meeting one year where the whole theme was Chuck Missler and Richard Hoagland's "theories" about the "fallen angels" constructing the "Face on Mars" and other "anomalies."

Wow...I never heard anything like that except for Stonekings message one time on angels but it wasn't bizarre. He was merely talking about people who regularly saw angels and spoke of them lining up in church in a military fashion

It was Marvin Treece around about 1997. He was obviously using Missler's material (without much attribution) and continually referenced the "NASA scientist" Hoagland.
