Amberjack Fish

Does anyone eat Amberjack fish? My son caught one and wants me to cook it but I have read that they are wormy and not worth eating.

A cajun place TN where I am from serves Blackend Amberjack and it is SERIOUSLY good! You can grill it or bake it with some blackening seasoning and it will be really good.
