The 3 Step Salvation Plan

http://healthelandgeneraldocuments.w...alvation-plan/

1. Admit to God that you are a sinner, and that this gives God the right to punish you for your sins

2. Know that you have no right to disobey God, and that God has every right to punish you forever for all present, future, and past known and unknown sin, even honest mistakes. Then desire not to disobey God anymore. Whether it is the things that you did in the past or may do in the future, whether it is things that you remember or not, whether it was things that you knowingly or not , or something that you knew was wrong when or not, and whether it is easy to stop doing these things or not, know that all disobedience to God is unconditionally wrong, and that your desire is to not disobey God again at all costs. This is called repentance of sin.

3. Know that only God can forgive your sins and keep you from being punished for them. How? God came to earth as the only man born to a virgin: Jesus Christ. Being fully man while on the earth, the opportunity to sin was constantly presented to Him just as it is to you.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Or
The A B C of the Gospel

A all of us are sinners, all have sinned and come short of the glory of God Romans 3:23
B because we've sinned we deserve the punishment of God, the wages of sin is death Romans 6:23. The soul that sinneth shall die Ezekiel 18:4
C Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures 1 Corinthians 15:3

so, how do we get saved?

A admit you are a sinner like the man in Luke 18:13 ref Psalm 32:5
B Believe that Jesus died, was buried, and rose again per Romans 10:9-10
C Call on Him for mercy per Romans 10:13 and Confess Him as Lord per Romans 10:9-10

That's all...just admit your a sinner you don't actually have to turn from sin. You just need to know these facts and accept them and then confess him as Lord. You now like Lord, Lord have we not.....

this shows your lack of rounded knowledge of religious views. Many will say JUST THAT! Which is my point the ABC lacks merit as you have to assume way to much. Acknowledging sin and turning away from it are two different things especially when it comes to debates on Theology.

Well what else is there to do to turn away from it then....Only you can make the choice to turn away from it...I mean I have seen preachers have sin I know of one by name specifically that sinned and he went throught the 10 step salvation plan...lol And by that I mean this man commited Adultry..So in my opinion it does not matter how many steps you take..Its up to you if you want to keep sinning after you turn away from it....

you cannot be reconciled to Christ until you turn from that which you have been and to him in FULLNESS OF HEART. You cannot be united WITH CHrist until you have TURNED completely. Your sacrifice must be perfect of heart(righteous) and clinging to NOTHING but him before one can offer himself in baptism in the faith in the working of God to perform what he said he would do. The cutting of the old man to the newness of life/covenant.

What does baptism save us from if Peter said baptism saves us by the resurrection of Jesus?
