Bart Stupak (D-MI) to Retire

Well another of many more casualties of the healthcare vote. Stupak sealed his fate with his flip flop on BOs takeover of HC. He thought the executive order would give him political cover. Man did that blanket get yanked off him quick.

Enjoy the next 8 months my liberal friends and Obama Kool Aid drinkers! It will be a loooong time before you have these kinds of majorities again!

Re: Bart Stupak (D-MI) to Retire

18 years serving in a Republican district is a good run.

As the trends of the cycles go for political majority in our legislature has been in the last decades, I fully expect the electorate to equalize things in November.

Not new and will swing back and forth for years to come.

Fully expect Obama to win 2012 even more so if the majority shifts.

He would capitalize if he becomes the underdog and more so when the economy continues to recover.

Bart Stupak to retire?

When I was a kid we had a saying about stuff like that:

"Good riddance to bad rubbish"

or a newer saying would be:

"So long sellout"

Or as my grandkids have been known to say

"Don't let the door hit ya
where the good Lord split ya"
