A Little Saturday Evening Praise Break!
For those of you with broadband connections take a break from the pretty heavy discussions today at AFF and enjoy this great song by the POA choir at BOTT 2007.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: A Little Saturday Evening Praise Break!
Those geetars are just too worldly for me!
Might as well be at a Santana concert!
BTW, I love the shoes he designs!

The only way church music can be this good is if they're worldly compromisers. What ever happened to "Come & Dine", and "This World Is Not My Home"?
Compromisers.

Don't forget "The Royal Telephone" - Cause "central's never busy heaven's always on the line!"
As a child my personal favorite was "Stairway to Heaven" (no not the rock one)because I could just picture this giant set of stairs going thousands of feet up in the air from earth to heaven.
