What are your Thanksgiving plans?

We are headed to Mexico to minister at several churches.
It will not be the traditional American Thanksgiving. Although its my favorite celebration. We are going to have our Turkey when we return. I am grateful for all the blessings we have living here in the U.S.
For all those of you who hunt over Thanksgiving Bambi's daddy lives in St.Francisville....lol.....so does Tom Turkey.

I'm doing the usual......having about 30 family members over. We'll have turkey, cornbread dressing, with all the trimmings. I love Thanksgiving!

Re: What are your Thanksgiving plans?

We will be at the Opryland Hotel attending ALJC National Youth Convention with our children. We'll be having Thanksgiving dinner with the entire family Saturday night after we get back home.

Going to my mom & dad's house. Lots of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, inlaws, outlaws and probably a few perfect strangers.

We attended in 2007. I was very impressed. I ended up filling up a couple of memory cards with photos mostly of decor. I wasn't sure if we were going back this year or not, but this wasn't that expensive of a trip since we've worked concessions at Ole Miss to have our motel room paid for and all we have to pay for is meals. Transportation is covered because our church has it's own charter bus. Anyone who has worked to help with concessions fundraisers can have a free seat on the bus. Besides, one of my favorite preachers (Bro Kenny Carpenter) will be speaking Friday night-- and I didn't want to miss that.
