What is the First Death?
Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
If this is the second death what is the first death?

I know we are buried in baptism. Do you consider that to be death?

And I know Paul said "I die daily" repentance.

Another thought, if salvation is the first death and that scripture is talking about hell, that indicates no salvation, so what would be their first death?

If we can be born again, they can die again.

Re: What is the First Death?
The first death is physical death. The second death is destruction in the lake of fire.

Or not, depending upon the individual's choice.
Many would say it's the natural death that comes to all.

Separation from our natural bodies. The body without the spirit is dead.

I always assummed it was physical death of our bodies.
