Unable to open an attached PDF - Permissions

I am not able to open or download the PDF file that Sam has attached here. I also attached a PDF yesterday in another thred - The Segraves Hair thread - and I can open that and it seems that others can as well. Why can't I get Sam's PDF? I get the generic "No Permissions" page.

He emailed a copy and it opens fine for me--I can send it to you via email if you want.

when I tried to open that file in my post I couldn't either.

It was the file showing the 7 church ages and the different doctrines coming into the RCC and then step by step back to Pentecost through the different denominations.

If anyone wants a copy they can email me at Jim@InJesusName.us and I can send it to you. I won't keep your email address for future use.

I just opened it and saved it by another name as a pdf file.
I'll try attaching it here to see if it works this time.
