If someone asked you where were you Born
If someone asked you, where you were born, could you tell them AND produce your original birth certificate, or would you have to have one spit out on a word processor of some sort, like Obama apparently did ?

Re: If someone asked you where were you Born
I have an oficial birth card in my wallet showing I was born in Fairbanks Alaska and somewhere I have the full size birth certificate. Not to mention a passport, etc.
It is interesting about the questions about Obama's birth but being his mother was an American and there is no hard proof he wasn't born in America I think it is a pointless issue to pursue.

Re: If someone asked you where were you Born
I could tell them exactly where I was born AND produce the birth certificate.
Now if you asked where I was conceived.... That would be a bit more difficult?

Re: If someone asked you where were you Born
I have a Birth Certificate with the little blue baby bracelet attached to it that they put on my wrist within minutes of my birth and my two ink footprints. I also have official copies provided by the County upon request.
And, like Barak Obama, I have a newspaper birth announcement from the local paper.

I could show you the field where my parents were abducted by the "visitors" - but I understand that the actual conception took place somewhere in orbit and was accompanied by a Jack Kerouac recitation with a young Richard Starkey on the bongo drums.

Well, gee, thanks, Pel. That was a perfectly good sip of coffee that is now dripping off my computer screen.

Re: If someone asked you where were you Born
I told people for the longest time that I was born in Tyler, Texas, when actuality I was born in Tyler County, but in a different city. When I had to show my birth certificate to get my passport, I could not locate it. I faxed a request for it, along with my credit card information to the officials in Tyler County (crazy, I know), and they were able to get me a new one.
Interestingly enough, I looked at mine and my wife's birth certificates today. Mine says "birth certificate" on it. My wife's says "Certificate of Live Birth" instead of "birth certificate". She was born in TN.
Just realized that is a lot of personal information about me on the internets tubes.
