They do not list those dropped because of dues.

Only those who choose to turn their cards in.

Ed, are you sure about this? One of my closest friends is listed and he told me it was because he didn't pay his dues. Did he lie to me?

That is my understanding.

Maybe they've changed the way they do it since I left?

At any rate, I for sure wouldn't call someone a liar over it.

They listed me when I was dropped for failure to sign the AS. I PAID my dues though so they couldn't say it was for that.
