nope, wont happen, they hate the israelis just because. doent matter why. same with the muslims vs americans( not all just most of em) has nothing to do with anything we did or will do. we can close gitmo and make it a free theme park for muslims only and they will still hate us.wake up and shut up obama lovers! must be about time for him to apologize again for some perceived sleight we have pepetrated on the world ! They argue this occurred for centuries as Arabs and Jews were at peace until the Zionist state of Israel was created.

The problem I see with the notion of Palestine and Israel co-existing is that the Palestinians do not want this.
In fact, hardly anyone in the Middle East wants a Jewish nation existing in the area.
I think Israel would attempt to normalize relations and use its wealth to invest in the Palestinian territory to make life better for them, since the Palestinians are apparantly incapable of doing themselves and their Muslim brothers won't help them.
Israel would help the Palestinians more, but there are elements within the Palestine community that are ruthless and bloodthirsty haters of Jews.
So if you were the Israeli government, what would you do?
I would do all I can to protect my countrymen.
