When Jesus mentioned "the days of Noah" and "the days of Lot" in
Luke 17:26-37, I don't think He was condemning eating, drinking, marrying, buying, selling, and planting. I don't think He was calling those things evil. I think He just meant that life will be going on as usual, that folks will be going about their usual daily routines of eating, drinking, marrying, buying, selling, and planting. In other words it will be "business as usual."
