http://www.ucapostolic.org/etrreg.asp

Anyone planning to attend? Looks like it runs March 12 - 14 this year.

Re: End Time Restoration

No, I have not atteneded End Time in years. I hear its gone up to $50. I didn't have a problem paying because I saw it as an offering, what bothered me was that even infants had to pay the same price. A lot do not attend because they have large families and can not afford it. Besides after hearing how the AA General Board spends the saints hard earned money, I will not be a part of that. Not only that, you better have a new wardrobe to go because its like Fashion Week in New York. I'm so done with AA, thank God

Makes me glad that my pastor is not politically inclined. Union City my be part of the AA but they are the ones who sponser End Time not the AA. Union City brings in speakers from different groups not just AA. That gives me more hope than anything. The GB for the AA, as the GB for the UPCI, or any other group, will answer for any wrong doings.
AA itself is actually an organization after all and as such subject to human error. You may be glad to not be part of them and that is fine. I am glad I am not part of the UPC, AMF, ALJC, etc etc but I still pray for the leaders of these groups. I do not attend church because of its organizational affiliation. I attend church because I feel the presence of GOD in that church.

No reason to take infants and young children to End Time. They charge to cover their costs like most functions in any group.

As for the fashion show. I would not be there to be seen or see. I would be there to worship God and be blessed by the worship. Those that are there for other purposes are not going to get anything spiritual out of it anyway. Makes me wonder why they even go. Kinda silly to spend $50 to go show off your latest outfit. I do know it happens at almost all Apostolic Pentecostal functions. It is sad but true.

Re: End Time Restoration

Why not take take infants or children to such functions. My nephew received the Holy Ghost at a UPC function. I don't think I have had to pay for a function other than End Time and the AA General Conventions. I have gone to Landmark convention in Stockton for years and they do not charge. I have seen many young children receive the Holy Ghost. If their parents had left them home, they would have missed out on one of the greatest gifts ever.

It is sad but true, its all a fashion show. You will find very few who actually go to hear the word of God and get something out of it. You will find more people outside in the foyer or outside talking away while the preaching is going on. I remember that "they" had like a food court in the parking lot. Not sure if they still do that. You would find half the church out there eating while watching the preaching on a screen. What a memory that was. It can be such a distraction. I prefer just to buy the DVD's.

Whether or not the AA sponsers End Time, the GB is there and I am bothered that they act as if nothing corruptive is going on in the AA. Thank God that there are still those leaders who do not stand for what is going on. God bless them for their strength and courage.

Re: End Time Restoration

I have been to many meetings in several groups what you are talking about is not in the AA only my friend. I have been to many camps and there is always the group that is outside talking rather than listening to the preaching. There is always a charge for everything I have attended in the AMF, ALJC, and the UPCI. They charge for one thing or another but they charge.
I attend very little these days unless our church is behind it. One of my biggest complaints is that the AA does most meetings in Spanish. I don't speak enough Spanish to get through and really get much out of it. Takes me to long to follow everything when it is in Spanish.
