I think it is great and will be effective. Having an ethnic mix, hearing impaired, and a Down Syndrome baby gives a feeling that anyone is accepted in their congregation.

As for Nanci's hair being blonde, give it up! It is a black and white pic and her hair could be grey for all you know.
