Watching Conference on the Net. Got Issues?
There are several levels of account status. The best and cheapest for home viewing or even on a large screen at church is 150k
If anyone needs help viewing through their projector ask me and I can probably help or give some tips. We have a macro key set up to send the video from our Desktop to the screen. Works great. No dragging. Also with most applications to full screen is Alt+Enter
Right now they are having tech issues with the archive. I just got off tech support IM with the rep. It should have been archived soon after the service.
I was pretty frustrated because you have to send an email through their form and on the contact page it gives an IM but does not tell you WHERE at...for example is it Yahoo or AOL?
Then I just barely noticed at the top header to the right they have a live chat link...easy to miss. I am hoping after reading the transcripts they will add that link to a prominent place in the contact area
Anyways they have flash and Media this year...I like that because with flash I can capture the archive. The advantages of that is I can capture the entire content to my hard drive and then play it...that means no latency issues.
