Some Christians in Iraq have been labeled Nestorian for their views on the dual nature of Christ. Some Christians were part of the Assyrian Church, some were Roman Catholic, and some were Presbyterian. The late Andrew Urshan and his family were Christians in that area. Andrew Ushan speaks about his salvation experience when he was just a child in a Presbyterian school.
Christians in Iraq have suffered persecution through out the years. From what I understand there are more Assyrian Christians outside of Iraq than there are left in Iraq. Under a Muslim government I am sure the few who remain in Iraq will be wiped out in time.
