CNN, no friend of the GOP, debunks Obama's claim that he barely knew Ayers.

I agree that Obama's knowlege and association with Ayers is more than "some guy" in the neighborhood or just an "acquaintance". Like I said in an earlier post, if I was supporting Obama this would make me question his judgment. He shouldn't have been anywhere near Bill Ayers.
I'll also say, that many people in the Chicago social and political circles have now accepted Bill Ayers, both Repubs and Dems. I'm sure that the vast majority of those who attend social events with him don't condone his past violence.

Haha. Come on now! He's a politician representing one of the two major parties in this country. What'd you expect?
Obama is like McCain, if he talks for longer than 2 minutes, a factcheck organization has found something he said untrue.
Pooh-pooh all you want Mike, but we are talking about a guy who is connected to some of the most radical people out there espousing very dangerous philosophies and views about America. An Obama presidency will not be inconsequential.

You know what bothers me most about Bill Ayers? It isnt that Barak Obama doesnt seem to see anything wrong with being cozy with a terrorist, even though that is very troubing.
it is that Bill Ayers the terrorist thinks Barak Obama would make a great president.
if ever there was some reaason to not vote for Obama, it would be that bill Ayers is going to vote for Obama.

I can't believe that someone who has proven terrorist connections is actually a nationally viable candidate for the Presidency. And in the wake of 9/11, no less!!

Please.
Somehow I doubt you'd be cutting McCain or Palin this much slack if they were the ones caught lying like this.
