Asian Dressing
This dressing is so great, you can put on cold pasta, salad, or even toss it with chickpeas and red onion for a quick snack.
1/2 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. tahini (sesame paste)
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1 - 2 Tbs. garlic chili sauce
Soy sauce to taste (I used about 1/4 c.)
If you like it spicy, add 1 tsp. hot chili sauce. (Asian style)
The spicy version is great tossed with cold spaghetti noodles, topped with shredded carrots and sliced green onions.
