JG's wife in car wreck ... please pray
JG's wife was in a car wreck this morning on her way to her first day returning to work ... after the storm.
The car is totaled. She is being released but in considerable pain. James is in traffic on the way to the hospital.
Please pray for the Griffin family ...
Hopefully they will be at my house a little later in the day ...

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Oh no!
Dan, please let me know if there's anything I can do. They've done so much for me, I feel kind of helpless not being very able to return some of that right now. Let them know I'm thinking of them, and praying. Take good care of them..

Re: JG's wife in car wreck ... please pray
He will hopefully get his pitooty over here after they've released her and returns home to get some things ...
They have been w/o power since Saturday morning ... and no running water.
I had some of my ex's family staying over last night ... they just left ... their power returned ...
I pleaded he come over w/ Deb and the girls but he refused last night ...
Maybe he'll come now ... w/ the family and get some rest .... here.

Dan, let Jim and Debbie know that AG is praying too. She can't post right now, but she wanted to let you know that she is praying.
