Anyone going to the general conference this year?

Any exciting resolutions being brought forth?

After attending for the past two years straight, I will not be going this year. I do plan on attending the one, I think in 2 years from now in Houston. That will be a definite AFF get-together!!

I didn't realize that it was coming to Houston soon. We'll put on an opening ceremony to rival the Beijing Olympics.

My parents and my brother and sil are going, I have to work. But I am meeting my bro. and sil in DC the next week for vacation and I am waay excited about that!

I wasn't aware either that it was coming up in Houston, I will definitely be trying to attend that one!

i plan on going to the houston one too!!!

Our plan is to go. If the Lord allows us to, that is what we plan on doing.

Are there any other takers this year?

I believe I heard Houston was 2012.

Lord willing I plan to go to that one as well.

I would love to go this year, but not happening.

i haven't been to a gc since it was in dallas in the early 80's. can't say i've missed it to be honest.

but maybe i'll try to make it to houston in '10. my brother lives there so i could hang w/him and his. maybe i could go visit ekklesia while i'm there too. and visit lois gibson.
