As you can see, the women are evolving in their dress following the men's example. The men change first, then the women follow. The women have finally caught up to the men! Pretty soon they'll have to put a beard on the men like in the bible days sign!

PM..there are actually preachers that use this bathroom door sign thing as gospel doctrine that "even the world recognizes a lady never wears pants"

First time I heard I about threw up on the floor. If you would have told me someone could be so ignorant in their teaching before I actually heard it myself I would have luaghed at you.

I'm aware of the restroom sign defense! That's why I started this silly thread!

BOTH pants and skirts were first designed as men's apparel in the western culture. Skirts are now REQUIRED wear, while pants are forbidden as men's apparel. If they would research the history of men's clothing, they would find out that skirts are also men's apparel using the same reasoning!

Another dumb argument I saw on an OP website, written by a lady with a degree fromm UGST.

That breeches were worn only by men in the OT proving of course that women should never wear breeches (britches)

A third grader could resaech the word breeches and find that it refered to linen under garments worn by preists under their drees like robes so that their privates could not be seen when they ascened the altar.

Other men did not wear breeches. The whole nudity thing we get so excited about was not such an issue back in OT time.

We can thank the Puritans for making us unable to see ankles and elbows without getting our man selves all worked.
