No maam have to do it by yourself.

However, got a coupon for a free one, that I shall share.

This was a once in a lifetime (at least that's the plan for now lol), I have lost about 35 lbs off of all time high and maintained for awhile, today start on the next 30 lbs.

If the brother was truly hungry it wasn't gluttony was it ? He wasn't full previously ,although I bet he had major heart-burn afterwards.

Isn't this an unhealthy way to break a fast?

Re: How a TEXAN breaks a fast

Mel's is a great place if you are on the Atkins diet !!!

The second photo my wife asked me to make a face lol, I honestly was fine.

The record is apparently under 11 minutes !!!

I took my time and had an hour and eleven minutes to spare.

For brethren of lesser appetite the "regular" Mel is 1lb beef, 1/4 lb bacon, three cheese slices and trimmings for only 7.95

They also have lunch specials like stuffed green pepper, or chicken and dumplings, two veggies, and tea for 7.00 tax included.

Just ole home style cookin'
