Going Down Memory Lane Next Weekend!

Next weekend, I'm going to Marion, Indiana for a reunion at a church/school where I was music director years ago! There will be a brunch, then golf with my old pastor, then a banquet that Saturday night!

On Sunday AM, I plan to surprise some old friends in Anderson, IN by showing up for Sunday School! I was Minister of Music there in my early 20's!

Well...at least the bishop and the pastor will know me well!

It's been 30 years since I was there, so only the "old" folk will have a clue who I am!

Come to think of it, I better find out if they have built a new church somewhere else!

Looks like a planetarium with a disco ball.

The Marion church where I was Music Director for almost 10 years! The church looks the same as when I left in 1989. It seats around 1,200 people.

You are probably right! It probably won't turn out as I have it in my mind. I might be looked at like a homeless stranger!

I have heard that the town looks totally different than I remember.

Maybe things have progressed there little more than I'm prepared for!
