Some Advice concerning Starbucks.....

If you are picking your son up from Youth Night at Church at around 10:30 and you stop by Starbucks for a Grande Coffee.....and they tell you they're out....but offer you a free drink instead....make sure if you order a
Sugar Free Cinnamon Dulce Latte....remember before you drink it...there is expresso in there so you won't remember it at 1:21 AM....

We had the White Chocolate Mocha w/ Carmel Skinny, tonight but we had it about 5 hrs ago now, so we should be okay when we finally get enough sense to go to bed. lol

In the interest of getting a drink without all the sugar/fat I have been ordering double, triple, or quad shots in an Americano, then add just a touch of half and half.

Wow, for a person who has to watch her carbs this is a great website. Thanks so much for posting it. On of the drinks was about 67 carbs! 1 drink! That is over 1/3 of my carb count for the day!

I've heard they are going to start selling coffee for $1 and free refills to boost their sales.
