For Ministers only

If you are here and are not a licensed Minister......so what!

Everyone Holy Ghost filled person should be in the business of ministering to others. If we are to truly "be like Jesus" then we should follow is example when He said, "I have come to minister and not to be ministered too" [Weaver Paraphrase].

I do understand that there are times when we all need comfort and aid. But as we mature in Christ shouldn't we be ministering to the needs of others more?

What are areas that any Child of God can minister in?

Befriending & discipling younger saints in the Lord.
Being a help or support to those who are going through trials.
Just plain out livin' it.
Host bible studies.

I'll say it in one sentence... "Being Him to them where they are"

I minister in the chocolate spirit!!!

THe areas of ministering are sooo many.... You can minister in song...that was a given, but not to be taken lightly.... There have been many songs that were sung/sang (whatever) that ministered to me and I got my breakthru when I responded.

Sunday school teachers minister to children...especially those whose parents don't attend. They can offer hope and love to a child who may not otherwise know it....

is this what you were asking or am I way off base? BTW I have a starbucks card!!! Does that count for anything?? ?? can I preach with it??? Hmm
