I'm not sure about them being jewelry, but I sure wish people would learn how to drive before they talk on one while driving. One of my pet peeves is that people don't pay attention to the road when they are talking on those things. Someone almost hit me this morning on my way to work, as I passed by her on the right, I noticed that she was too busy talking on the cell phone to even notice that I was there.

Are shoes jewelry? I have seen them sparkle, attract attention to themselves, and glamorize... surely they must be jewelry!
