Madonna is either overestimating her own appeal OR she is betting on Obama losing. 
The Muslim comment is pure twaddle. Obama is certainly not a practicing Muslim, and I highly doubt that he's devout in secret, either. That would require making room in his ego for Allah.  Her allusion is meaningless. Maybe she meant to be cheeky....
