How is this relevant to TM getting killed? I don't see the connection or what his habit has to do with Zimmerman willfully and deliberately ignoring the 911 operator's instructions not to follow TM, and the aftermath of TM getting shot.
I guess the defense could try to put TM on trial; kind of like Arias' attorneys did with Travis Alexander. But to me, school suspension or school record, marijuana use...that has nothing to do with the events that unfolded that night.
It'll be interesting to see what the Jury outcome is. Just from the reports I've read and listening to the 911 call...I'd have a very difficult time not ruling against Zimmerman for the second degree murder or especially negligent homicide.
