I guess the defense could try to put TM on trial; kind of like Arias' attorneys did with Travis Alexander. But to me, school suspension or school record, marijuana use...that has nothing to do with the events that unfolded that night.

It'll be interesting to see what the Jury outcome is. Just from the reports I've read and listening to the 911 call...I'd have a very difficult time not ruling against Zimmerman for the second degree murder or especially negligent homicide.

It is relevant because the argument is going to be, who was the "aggressor" in the altercation? Facts will show that aggressive behaviour is a residual from Marijuana use. And if I am not mistaken, the autopsy report showed he had THC in his system. It needs to be included.

I am not going to look back, but one article brought out some screen shots of Trayvon and some other guy, that very night, purchasing some items in a store that can be used for some type of drug use. I don't recall what it was.

Folks just grab on to part of 911 call that appears to support what they want to believe took place. When racial politics gets involved it can get hairy.
