LOL She talks about that some, mostly leading by example.
In order to get to the part about getting your house organized. You sign up for her group, you get several emails a day. She is interesting to read and there are 31 babysteps to start with and the first one is shining your sink. She has morning and evening routines and other stuff. It takes a bit to get through the whole site, but it is worth it. It has helped me keep my house clean and organized.
