i clicked on the "insert link" button but it asks me for a URL address for my picture, which I don't have, it's just saved on my computer...

This should work.

Upload the pic to an internet location like yahoo, blogger, flickr, photobucket, etc.

Then when you right click the pic, click on properties, then in the pop-up box look for "location"..., and from there you'll see the url address of the pic.

In The Information Station there are directions to add photos.

Come on Prax. True...we do have many wonderful posters on this forum with many important things to contribute. This is a FACT and is TRUE and NO ONE is saying otherwise.

However, you can not deny that some posters add some "spice" and "life" to this forum. Some people just know how to keep discussion going. Dan was banned and Thad is leaving, somewhat "voluntarily." I will not address the issue with Dan because I do not know the particulars of the situation and it is an admin decision. Done. However, with Thad, you can not deny that he put some life and discussion in this forum. We'll see if someone else "picks up the ball" but you can not deny their "uniqueness" to this forum. If I were to leave...big whoop. Just some people have "it."
