There are some things on this thread that just don't "ring" true.

So you don't see the inconsistency here? You are saying that this passage says Lucifer fell because of his beauty and that beauty included jewels, right? And who gave him these jewels that gave him this beauty? God! Yet, you want us to believe that this same God now sees jewels as something evil? Even though He uses this very imagery to describe Jerusalem as "the most beautiful of jewels"? What are you smoking anyway?

This also explains why tall men are often arrogant and more likely to fall then us shorter brethren.

The point is it's the same word and same context. Pharoah was not a saint, but the man who accepted the ring was certainly a godly man!

Faulty premise brother, it does not have to be an "either\or". It can be and is, both, at least for me.
