I think it's all done in an attempt to make himself appear to be as educated as he claims to be, when in fact, it makes him appear quite the opposite. JMHO. (no copy and paste)
And that's what's so strange....he claims to be so well educated (has a PhD or three), has implied that he's quite well-to-do, has influence with all kinds of people, yet......

Does a DD degree mean dead dog ? If one is a doctor of Divinity does that mean they are an expert in holiday candy ?
