Think God will ever inspire a New New Testament? What might it be like? Oh, sure, it can't contradict the OT or the NT, of course. Just like the NT doesn't contradict the OT. But you have to admit, some thing kinda could use an update. Some explanation and expounding, perhaps. Maybe some whole new and surprising stuff that we can't even imagine!
