I don't believe anyone expected she wouldn't deny. I am glad for it. I want the Defense to make their case, bring in their witnesses, bring out more facts about Trayvon.

PO, you missed the Richardson hearing. The ME changed his opinion 3 weeks ago. Last fall he said TM was not impaired by marijuana...3 weeks ago he changed his mind based on study of other cases. Now he feels TM WAS impaired. He called De la Rionda, told him about it; De la Rionda didn't say anything about it to the Def. In fact, the ME told West that De la Rionda told him that he didn't want him to say a word about it.

Judge took 3 seconds to rule that no violation occurred.

I've always thought it sounded like George's voice. I've tried to put Trayvon's voice there, but I just can't make it work for me.

She makes a good point that she can recognize the "anguish" even though she hasn't heard him yell at that level. Something TM's mother didn't and couldn't convey.

Side note: Remember the tiff over GZ's parents not being allowed in the courtroom because Pros had them on its witness list. They never called them.
