bottom line, as big as the US is, you can say, "something bad is gonna happen to the US" every single January and by December, you will be right.
Now if you tell on Jan 1, this guy said the Santa Anna winds would lead to a million people being displaced in Southern California in October of this year due to rampant wild fires, you might have something.
I hear what you are saying. But what he said at the beginning of the year was it would happen all over America. There have been many things that have happened all over America. Although I truly believe he expected more "terriorist" type "things" as well as natural calamities.
I know that Perry Stone says God showed him 5 terrorist acts to happen in the SE of America. He won't name the cities, but he names the area. Does that count?

We always do what we can to save mankind. Even Noah did.
Think about what you are saying. You are literally saying that we know better than God, how to deal with sin. You say he has decided to send disasters to America, as punishment. You say we should try to reduce the severity of those disasters by saving people from them. How is this anything other than working against God's will?
Noah saved his family, as God told him. Did he try to save anyone else? I don't see it, but I may be missing it. Is this one of those fractured Bible stories? The Sunday School version always has Noah preaching to his neighbors, who just laugh at him for building a big boat. I don't see the laughing, either.

Sorry don't agree with you here. In no way does it say we know more than God. The Bible says it rains on the just and the unjust. How do you know you would not be helping the one that God wants spared?

Noah preached don't you think that would be trying to save others?

God said that in a positive manner that he blesses everyone, sinners and saints. See world's most butchered scritpures thread. .lol

It still means the same thing. Good AND bad happen to the just and the unjust.

Sorry, can you show me where Noah preached? I can't find it. I know that's always how I've heard the story told, and you could be right. Not being a smart alec!

Rain is a good thing. A blessing. It's just that everyone uses that verse to describe how bad things happen to everyone, and no one uses it as Jesus did to say blessings come to everyone, so we to ought to forgive enemies as God sends rain to the unjust. Just a technicality. But I know what you mean, and essentially agree.
Carry on.

Wow! Excellent point! I never realized that the Bible doesn't specifically say that Noah "preached", or even tried to get anyone else to come into the ark!
You learn something new every day..............great insight, Timmy.

2Pe 2:5 KJV And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
