What logic and Bible is used against beards?

A generation or two later society is all confused on gender identity. Sure, we focus on what makes women distinct, but we don't really focus on what makes a man a man. Therefore, no matter how much emphasis we put on what makes a woman a woman, manhood isn't defined. In fact, it's almost villainized. Look at Media. Dad's are goofy dopes. Husbands are lazy ignorant bafoons. Sons are messy, rude little animals that aggravate their intellectually superior sisters. Gay is good. A man's natural interest in sex and sexually as a whole is to be suppressed, controlled, and held suspect. Just asking a girl out can be "harassment". Looking at beauty, even appreciation of the opposite sex is always spun as perversion. Boys used to peak, and we'd ground them and lecture them, but laugh to ourselves saying, "Boys will be boys." People call a healthy interest or admiration being a "pervert", and there's the phrase, "Dirty old man", but no female equivalent. If a man raises his voice, slams a cabinet door, or growls under his breath, he's unhinged...but wives scream, antagonize, and throw things and they're just emotional or having PMS. Manhood is, in some ways, taboo. Being a man is bad. Hunting bad, guns bad, etc., etc. Imagine being a young boy in such a society. Girls are painted as prettier, smarter, more stylish, emotionally deep, problem solvers, etc... Next to dopey dads. Who can blame more boys growing up thinking being a woman would be better? So we have softer boys, effeminate young men, more choosing to be gay, and even some choosing to surgically become women.

And while the church has drawn valuable lines, it hasn't affirmed manhood or celebrated manhood (except on Father's Day). In fact, churches add to the problem, even a man's facial hair is bad! Some day it can send one to Hell!

Just bring a man in one's raw and natural nature can be a mortal sin! What? Lol

I say, be men. Roar. Grow a beard, if you wish, go home, sweep the lady off her feet. Celebrate and revel in being men. God made us men. There's nothing to be ashamed of in just being a man, and enjoying it.

A beard is a historic symbol of manhood. Why bash it because the corporate world valued a more boyish clean shaven look for a generation? That is changing. Let's get back to the norms of manhood, before they tried to tame us.

I re offer this earlier post. Since this book is approved by the UPCI it would contain what you are looking for. I know it may seem like a prank but I own this book and have read it having bought it only a few months ago.

In his book "Facial Hair" approved by the United Pentecostal, Church L. Chancy Gore stands against beards in part because:

Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, and Catholics were clean shaven.

Beards were considered by some as the mark of the beast.

Beards are as a mask.

Gays and drug addicts wear beards.

Beards feed self pride.

He gives other reasons but its not a joke, he actually uses these.

Bro, we grow a beard every day, we shave that beard off every night and it grows back by the morning. Maybe you have a problem growing hair, I don't know. But my beard is constantly growing, and I shave it off on the daily because I want to shave it off. I don't want a beard like I once had, and I sure don't want to have one around Wilton Manors Florida (you would have to live down the block from the Ramrod and Bear Nation to know what I mean) Anyone with a beard full or otherwise who doesn't shave God bless them. Anyone who shaves as unto the Lord God bless them. If you have a problem with those who don't do beards then stay away from them and they will stay away from you. If someone is in a church that doesn't do beards and they are happy with the program then cool, if someone is in a church that does beard than cool. But seriously, you need to get over this, no one I mean no one has lost out with God because they were told to shave. If they did, then Sack Cloth Sam they had bigger problem then hair on their chinny chin chin.

Who in tarnation is L Chancey Gore anyway? And who made him the mouth piece for the whole oneness movement? I don't endorse him I've never heard of him. Just because it's in a book means nothing there's more heretic books than can be counted, but what does that even mean? MTD get over it or call or write Brother David Bernard already, I bet he doesn't even know who that guy Is!!
