McCain finally issued an apology to Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Rand Paul.

"In an interview I said that Sen Cruz and Sen Paul were 'wacko birds.' That was inappropriate and I apologize to them for saying that, and I respect them both. I respect what they stand for and what they believe in. They both made an impact out here in the United States Senate."

Unfortunately, McCain is my Senator. After his comments, I sent him an email, called his office, and posted on Twitter demanding he apologize for the stupid remarks. I'm sure this was a result of my efforts. Riiiiiiiiiight. Haven't received any kind of reply from his office about it. Ah well.

LOL! I didn't contact him, he can bury himself with his stupid comments.
